Summer to-do list

Since I'm not working this summer, I have a number of other things I must do. In no particula order:

1. Hang out with people who are leaving. Brent and Pat are leaving to do stuff elsewhere. I should do stuff with them elsehere.

2. Learn stuff for grad school. My grad level courses are taught under the assumption that I've had some exposure to math, including stuff taught in 413, 421, 425, 475, and 456, none of which I have taken or completed. While I don't aim to be a bookworm this summer, it might be useful to try and pick up a few things here and there.

3. Make up for lost video game time. My Wii just said it had a corrupt file, so I was going through every game I could to see where the problem was. Somehow my Guitar Hero save file got corrupted and so I had to delete it. I'm not overly upset as I play Rock Band more often, but still, grr.

Unofficial list of games I MUST finish or make "significant" progress over the summer.

Wii: Rock Band 2 (almost!), GH:WT

PS2: Okami, Beyond Good & Evil

Gamecube: Paper Mario: TYD, Metroid Prime, Mario Sunshine

4. Be social. Now that that silly thing called school is out of the way, it's time to do the stuff that normal college students do.

5. Find a place to live next year. My friend Noah and I have been looking around for a decent spot, but nothing concrete has surfaced yet. Of course, for concrete to surface it would have to be very buoyant concrete, or at least less dense than the liquid it is submerged in.

6. Work on my writing. I've got a couple things in the pipeline right now that need finishing, and I really should try and come up with some new stuff. This past semester was a major buzzkill for my creativity side. Hardly anything useful came out, just the one piece that I used for  my music class.

But we have some time ahead. Let's go!

I'd recommend the Castle if you plan on moving alone. I wouldn't recommend it if you're indeed moving in with Noah.

BTW, I got a studio next year for graduate housing, so I'm kinda stoked about that. Didn't wanna room with a random person...

lol @ goofy dream...
