I put on a 3XL shirt and it fit tight. I am really angry with myself right now. I honestly felt good walking all over Phoenix Comicon yesterday with no trouble. But now I feel like crap. I have been doing some cardio stuff like playing Just Dance, but it doesn't help. Maybe that's why I go and donate blood, to feel lighter.
