figure out what the heck I'm doing for english portfolio

wednesday: the light

have 20 minute discussion w/ english TA on what the heck am I doing with this english portfolio
assume the monoker Charlie Sheppard until my english portfolio is complete (it's my "pen name")
rejoice for no lab, comp, homework session for calc kids, no uts meeting

thursday: the happy day?

watch a tucson HS band perform on Macy's parade (I forget which)
make tamales with mom instead of turkey (or turkey tamales...?)
spend overnights so mom doesn't feel so sad since this is out first thankgsgiving without Nana

work on english portfolio
study for physics test
start connect four homework
cringe on thought of bad math test grade
prepare UTA presentation on what to do with "math-talented" students
help grade calc tests with Dave
