An Englishman, a Frenchman, a tan

Wow I see that the format for posting is a bit different. Now I could even align my stuff.

OR center it.

Or right align it. The possibilities are endless.

But I'll probably just mess with the norm

or not so there.

Went to the movies twice this weekend. Went to go see King Arthur with some friends, and I got a little bored during it. Some of the scenes are slow and lengthy, and I serioulsy think I have some form of undiagnosed ADD, because I found myself making little diddies to various parts of the film "Round table... it's not a square table...." and then at the end when they showed the vast number of dead extras on the ground face down, all I could think of was "where's Waldo?" CURSE YOU VH1. And then I was giggling during this serious scene and my friends were wondering what I had smoked earlier in the day. But it was overall a good movie. Thumbs up, I supposed

Then the next day my mom really wanted to go see Napoleon Dynamite ever since we saw the trailer, so we went. And it was a wonderful movie. It was funny, despite being made by MTV films. And to me I got the message that high school is truly a rite of passage for everyone because some things will never change. There will always be the jocks and the nerds and the punks and the freaks and the quiet kids who are not sure where they fit in and the others. That or getting down with hip-hop will grant you happiness. You HAVE to go see it. You HAVE to.

And then on Sunday we went to the sqap meet to sell some of the stuff that we had in the closet for over a year. And we made a whole 80 bucks or something. BUt I hate it when I'm right and then everyone realizes it. I kept asking someone to bring sunscreen, but no. We'll just be out a couple of hours, they said. 4 hours later, everyone's arms were beet red. Now it wasn't extreme like it was about to peel off, but it was warm all day afterward and frankly I look nice with a tan, I think. But maybe I was paranoid cause I've seen all these commercials about the people who get skin cancer so who knows.

And Bookman's is tansitioning to mote than just books and video games, and I'm not sure if I'm comfortable with that. And I bought a cutesy mini golf game for the PS1 and it is fun when you play with others. You can be the robot, I'll be the doggy, and you can be the boy or the girl.
